01About these terms
These terms cover your use of basarada.com, operated by Basarada Corporation, Illinois, USA. By using the site you agree to them. Project work itself - design, development, launch and support - is always covered by a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
02Prices and estimates
Prices on the site are typical ranges for a first version, in USD, and are not an offer. An estimate from us becomes binding only when it is fixed in a written agreement. The assistant's answers about prices are guidance, not a quote.
03The AI assistant
The assistant on the site is an AI. It can make mistakes; anything important - scope, price, timeline - is confirmed by a person from our team in writing. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive data through it.
04Our content
The site's design, texts, 3D work, case studies and code belong to Basarada or are used with permission. You may share links and quote short parts with attribution; please don't copy the site or its work as your own.
Client work shown in case studies is presented with permission and may leave out details covered by confidentiality agreements.
05Ownership of client projects
Unless the project agreement says otherwise, once a project is paid in full the client owns the code, the content and the domain made for them. We may keep reusable, non-client-specific tools and libraries of our own.
06Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site or the assistant, send spam through the forms or use the site for anything unlawful. We may limit or block access that does.
07No warranty and liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Basarada is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Disputes go to the courts of Illinois unless a project agreement says otherwise.
