01Who we are

basarada.com and our 3D showcase lab.basarada.com are operated by Basarada Corporation, Illinois, USA ("Basarada", "we"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, send us a request or talk to our AI assistant, why, and how to have it deleted. Contact: hello@basarada.com, (815) 630-8008.

02What we collect

Requests you send: your name, email or phone, what you need and anything you write about your project in the estimate form. With a request we also record the page you sent it from, the first page of your visit and the site that linked to it (including campaign tags in the link), so we know which page or ad brought you.

AI assistant chats: the messages you type and the assistant's replies, plus the address of the page you were on. If you give the assistant your contact details, they are passed to our team as a request. If you use the microphone button, your speech is turned into text by your browser's own speech recognition (in Chrome this is a Google service); we receive only the text.

Your visit: basic technical data - IP address, browser type, pages requested - kept in server and hosting logs for security. We do not run visitor analytics on basarada.com. lab.basarada.com counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.

03Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare an estimate, run a project with you and keep the site secure. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads and we do not use your messages to train third-party AI models.

04Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the site and the assistant: hosting and delivery (Amazon Web Services, Vercel, Cloudflare), our database provider (Supabase), the AI model provider that generates the assistant's replies (Anthropic) and our email delivery provider (Resend). Each processes data only to provide its service to us and under its own data-protection terms. If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

05Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site keeps a few small values in your browser's storage to work properly: your cookie choice; the first page of your visit (kept only until you close the tab, and sent to us only if you send a request); the AI assistant conversation, an unsent message and whether it has said hello (until you close the tab); the assistant's language; and sound and theme settings on the case study pages.

You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or clear the site's data in your browser.

06How long we keep it

Requests and chat messages: up to two years, or for as long as we work together and two years after. Server logs: up to 90 days. You can ask us to delete everything sooner.

07Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@basarada.com and we will reply within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA, or the EU and UK under the GDPR) you may have further rights; we honour them on request.

08Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

09Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
